KILLER MISSILES

During the period from 1963 into the 1990’s, I worked in the security and intelligence community. I was with the Army Security Agency and Counterintelligence and associated as contract personnel. And during that time I worked for the NSA, I was with the Army Security Agency, Uniformed Branch of the NSA. Previously, I was the Head of Army Intelligence at a (undisclosed) city in Ohio. I’ve had many job titles, all involving highly classified work, either in support of the National Security Agency or as Special Agent Counterintelligence for the Army, Communications Analyst, and Signal Analyst. I have worked in support of DIA, projects while conducting counterintelligence. I’ve never been an “employee” of the National Security Agency but I worked supporting them for 8 plus years as an individual with the Army Counterintelligence and I have been associated with the intelligence and security community for over 30 years in one capacity or another. My work for the National Security Agency was while I was in the Army Security Agency, which is the uniformed sector of the National Security Agency supporting their efforts towards their mission.

Let me give you a little bit of background information. The National Security Agency is an organization in Fort Meade, Maryland, halfway between Baltimore and D.C. It is made up of personnel who belong to the different branches of the service who are engaged in activities working directly for the National Security Agency, and all the uniformed personnel. Then they have the civilian personnel there at the headquarters and at other places around the world. The vast majority of people who work for the National Security Agency are military personnel and they do many different types of jobs. Some people have actually been involved in combat, from that level and into very high levels of intelligence. So, it’s a very all-encompassing group of people who are involved with various programs, all working for and directing their efforts towards the National Security Agency.

The NSA is responsible for the making and the dissemination of all codes used by the federal government and the military. They make all the codes; the equipment that is used for secure communications and the other aspect is they are responsible for deriving intelligence from all communications and signals from all countries of the world.

My first contact, with regards to UFOs was in January of 1970 while I was in the Army Security Agency. During my last tour in South Vietnam I was assigned to the 409th R.R.D. 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment. In early January 1970 I was on a four-man team with the 2nd Squadron Northeast of Quan Loi, near the Cambodian border. Late one night while in a temporary support base, I observed an orange oval shaped object~ approximately two kilometers from the high ground we were on and to our East. It was low in the sky and moving slowly above the rubber trees. After observing it for about thirty seconds I saw the sky light up with green tracers from North Vietnamese machineguns firing at it. Within seconds it flew away at a very high rate of speed and vanished. I do not know if it was observed by anyone else, as I did not hear anyone else talk about it. That was the first UFO I had seen and I thought it was funny that it was fired on but, I was disappointed that; the bad guys did not get zapped by some “super weapon!” I thought it was very interesting but that was about it. However that was the first time that I saw something that I knew, with no ifs, ands, or buts, was positively a UFO. Before that I may have seen things that I was uncertain of and could possibly have been, but this was no mistake – you just had to say that this was a UFO.

The next time I saw anything that would be described as a UFO was during my 8 years that I spent at Kwajalein Missile Range, in the Martial Islands. It is the world’s largest atoll, a chain of small islands formed by a coral reef. It’s used as a test site. It’s called the Pacific Test Site and has been used since the invasion of Kwajalein in February of 1944 The U.S. Military has been on that island and they’ve been involved in many things since then.

It is a ballistic missile defense test site where Spirit and Spartan missiles were tested against incoming ballistic missiles fired by the Air Force, usually from Vandenburg Air Force Base in California and other types of tests were conducted by the people involving incoming missiles themselves, the warhead and different types of targeting for the warhead, multiple entry vehicles. That is how they test for accuracy etc. on different things that are coming in on the ICBM’s. So, there have always been tests going on since the 1950’s. It continues to be a major testing area either on Kwajalein or the many islands that make up the Kwajalein Missile Range, primarily for the Star Wars testing. The Star Wars testing is any test conducted by the military of a defensive nature or the possible use of destroying any incoming vehicles; which was all done in the Martial Islands.

For me personally I saw something during some of the incoming tests where the vehicles would break apart and come in over the lagoon. At that moment there was some craft in the air that were unidentified as if they were observing and I saw these during tests at Meck Island which is part of Kwajalein. The missiles were coming in from California; the warhead would separate (there were as many as six different vehicles coming out of the one and each one is independently targeted) and that is some of what I observed on several occasions by something that I would say was an unidentified object.

The thing that was the most spectacular and I really have problems even trying to describe it, my command of the English language is insufficient to properly describe the phenomena that I saw on perhaps five instances that occurred around midnight or one o’clock in the morning while I was on a vessel in Kwajalein Lagoon. I saw a small green object coming in from the one horizon and the sky would just rip apart and turn green as this thing passed through it towards the other horizon. It only lasted for several seconds but it was so spectacular, it’s extremely hard to describe. It’s like nothing you’ve ever seen before and it’s quite breathtaking. It started on one side, it was like a “V” shape and it just ripped apart the horizon and the small object was right at the place where it was ripping apart, just like the atmosphere was ripped apart and the whole sky turned bright green. That was very breathtaking.

I was told by the boat skipper that he had seen this numerous times, usually about the same general area, and about the same time. Even in the special effects in the movies they have these days, I’ve never seen anything quite that spectacular, it was just mind-boggling.

There was another incident I saw that was of a distinct unidentified object at a very close range that occurred in the late 1970’s while I was again on one of the small atoll’s that was a site used for instruments that were used during the test. A Navy helicopter from an aircraft carrier had crashed on the helicopter pad and burned down to rubble. I spent the night on this atoll with a non- commissioned Naval Officer and at about 10:00 at night, while we were outside fishing, we had a strange sensation. We looked up, and there was a long gold oblong object about 75 feet away from us. It was about 40-50 feet long at least and about 8 feet high just sitting there, above the palm trees giving off this golden glow. There was no noise no other sensation other than it was immobilized above the treetops. The person I was with started to go to this building that had the instruments to go get a camera to take a picture of it and he was moving rapidly to get into the door and get his camera. Then this thing just disappeared, maintaining it’s altitude but going out across the ocean and disappearing over the horizon in a couple of seconds----- a fantastic amount of speed. That was very unnerving and I don’t know if that was reported by anyone.

About a week later, I was coming out of the Central Police Station parking lot to get in my truck and there was a silver object about 3 feet long and about 18 inches high just hovering in the air about 30 feet above my truck, in broad daylight, around noon. It just moved slowly away, at maybe 20 –30 miles an hour. It just slowly left the area.

In another incident, I saw something that was definitely a UFO, about two years before the one at the helicopter crash site. This one also occurred around 1:00 in the morning on Kwajalein by the pier. There were about five security personnel gathered there. We saw a small light out on the horizon on the lagoon that we thought was a Martial Island fishing boat. When we first saw it we didn’t pay any attention to it but when we looked up again it was getting closer to us so we knew it wasn’t a fishing boat. The light came directly at us, passed overhead about 200 feet up. We could see it was a saucer shaped object. It made no noise and was traveling at about 1000 miles an hour. One of the people there was an officer of a small that was stationed on Kwajalein and he got in his truck and drove to the Communications Center, about a mile and a half away, and sent out a message reporting this sighting. That was the only one I saw where there were a number of others involved in the sighting at the same time.

Recently, something happened here, in Ohio, to a friend of mine who lives at the very south edge of Piqua. He was driving between Troy and Piqua and as he was approaching the road to turn off to go towards his house. He saw four lights… two pair of lights – two lights fairly close together then a space and another two lights. They followed his car to his house and they stayed out in his front yard for at least 2 hours. They were moving around. They would all come together and make one light; then they would split up again. They were doing all kinds of things, maneuvering around like this. It lasted for a minimum of 2 hours. They stood outside and watched. They were probably a couple of hundred feet away from them and about 70-80 feet up in the air. They weren’t to high and were at the other end of the yard, no more than 200 feet away

Anyway, it lasted for at least 2 hours. They got in their car to leave to go to the restaurant and it started to follow them. When they came back, it reappeared at their home again for a little while and then it left. They had no idea what was going on.

We are very close to Wright-Patterson AFB, and people are always seeing things out here, different forms in the sky, different shapes, sizes and then lights. So, people have seen just about everything. This one area, I am referring to as having a great deal of activity is a narrow corridor about 7 miles long and, at most, about a mile wide, extending about a half-mile across each side of the Great Miami River between Piqua and Troy. There seems to be a great deal of activity around the area where people have seen many things. Wright-Patterson is about 25 miles to the Southwest of us.

I myself have seen an unidentified object in this very area. It happened early this year (2002) in the evening approximately 6:00 P.M. while I was northbound in my car between Troy and Piqua. A triangular-shaped craft was coming directly to the south, flying right above the road as I was driving to the north and passed under it. It was approximately 100 feet across and black in color but there was light coming from it. I observed it for a period of about 30-45 seconds as I saw it in the distance ahead of me and watched until it passed over me.

DEFSMAC is now referred to as Defense Special Missile & Astronautic Center and it’s a small organization that was co-located with the NSA headquarters. I was there in 1964 when working in the NSA building in DEFSMAC when it started in 1964, prior to being assigned in Turkey. The officer who saw this craft that evening, the one who reported it, did send a message, he said, to DEFSMAC. Whenever you see that name, in any book that even acknowledges it’s existence, which is always just a few sentences at most, they always say that it came about in 1967.

Whenever it’s used in print they always say 1967 but it came about in 1964. I had just finished some special operations training at the NSA and I was waiting for my orders to go to Turkey--- myself and another individual that was in class with me. We had an abundance of time to wait so they assigned us to DEFSMAC. We were working a midnight shift there. We were on the watch there. That’s about all I can tell you… the fact that I know it became operational in 1964 and that when the UFO was reported, like I told you, it was reported to DEFSMAC. It was located inside the NSA main building. At this point in time it is no longer there.

I was an analyst, the Army title is Traffic Analyst and I was trained in Communications and Signal Intelligence. I’d be working as a reporter; reporting activity and preparing something in writing to the effect that something had happened. It was mainly passing on information, alerting people to certain things happening. I would report anything, anywhere in the world that was “launched” or in the air that was of any interest-anything that was non-aircraft basically. This was all at NSA headquarters at Ft. Meade, MD. The only thing I knew of was what was going on during my shift I wouldn’t have access to someone else’s reporting. I just knew what I was involved in during that period of time.

DEFSMAC doesn’t have anything to do with weapons at all. It’s a monitoring organization. They monitor and analyze activity. They’re kind of a trip wire, they would be the first people made aware of some activity and then they would pass it on to other organizations.

I’m not sure if they’re still located with NSA headquarters. I don’t think they are but it’s an entity that ties in with the NSA, Defense Intelligence Agency, and all other groups that are involved in possible defense of anything that’s in the sky. I know if you go on the computer, of course you have to use “Goggle” for anything. It’s the only search engine that’s worthwhile to use. If you put in DEFSMAC, you will probably get a few hits on that but it would be very limited… probably what it is and where it’s at but that’s about all.

The NSA, which was brought into being by President Truman, is the only organization I’m aware of where the Articles drawn up giving it birth are still classified. They’ve never been released as to what the mission and powers are that were given to the NSA. This has never been made public.

Everything that would be related to any defensive device or weapons systems would be originating from Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. At the close of WWII any of the Third Reich Advanced Technologies Systems and Nazi scientists that the Russians didn’t get were brought to Redstone Arsenal. They ran everything out of Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville. So, therefore these German guys would come and go …you couldn’t keep track of them. Werner von Braun was there and all of his buddies worked there too. Then there were his people out at Kwajalein that were there, the ones that worked with him at Huntsville. Werner von Braun was more or less the founding father of our missile program. He had nothing to do with Star Wars. Now, when you say Redstone Arsenal, you’re really saying, Star Wars. They were there in the early days and I remember one German guy there who was in his late seventies; he might have been one of the original guys. But if people are investigating UFO activity they should take a good look at the Star Wars program. What are we doing with space-based weapons? And what is the difference between a regular missile and a “Special” missile? That’s the question mark, isn’t it? When they say, “Special Missile,” they’re not just talking about something ordinary. My belief that I hold is that when they say “special”, they’re talking about something that is coming from outer space. An alien threat and that answers the question of, “What are we doing with space-based weapons? What really is Star Wars? The Star Wars that most people think of~ Well, it’s protection against missiles. That’s the commonly -held belief. But do you know that for sure? In my thinking, it all goes back to the organization I was talking about- DEFSMAC. And these people do most of their testing at Kwajalein Missile Range.

I can only tell you that any weapons systems that this country would deploy at any time, now or in the future, would come out of work that has probably been done by the Army from Redstone. They have had many programs through the ages that are constantly evolving and different systems that are being tested. The names change constantly but anything that this country would use… as a weapons system to defend itself from anything in the sky would come from these people.

I am confident that the military has and uses vehicles that may have originated from somewhere other than this planet and have either replicated or devised their own craft from vehicles that have been retrieved here and have originated in outer space. With regards to any foreign entities coming in and our defense of planet Earth, any defensive weapon that is used would I’m quite sure… probably be some product of Redstone Arsenal. The Star Wars technology, the origin of all of that type of weapon has its roots with activity that was tested at Kwajalein. And at Kwajalein, any testing of that type of weapon was probably centered at Roi Namur on the Northern end of the missile range.

The best way to describe a “Missile Defense Shield” is that it is not a permanent thing. It’s just something that can be activated to protect. I can say that I have been told by individuals involved in tests at Kwajalein that they have seen on their instruments a vehicle that came from nowhere and pulled alongside incoming ICBM’s and it was very close to it while it was incoming toward Kwajalein Lagoon and people had seen things like this on more than one occasion. In this instance the unidentified object was shown on the screen as coming in and it would go to different sides of the ICBM and be very close to it but I’m not aware of it interfering with the missile’s flight, just very carefully checking it out, shall we say.

People don’t even know what kind of technology exists Some of it is so far out it’s beyond what people can understand. But, that’s why it’s there. It all goes back to the possibility of having to defend the planet. If you look through a bunch of these technologies, it has to do with what they call “Kill Vehicles.” I’m sure, with absolutely no doubt that it’s not limited to, say, an ICBM. I’m sure the capabilities exist that is multi-use, is what I’m thinking. I mean, it has to be, has to be multi-use … meaning outer space beings, outside of our realm here and something that’s not launched from Earth!

I think that the American public should be more aware of this subject as it’s probably more important than they could possibly imagine and it’s something that will be more and more important in the future. The time will come, I’m sure, when this will be the main subject of conversation.

I don’t think that the information will come out until it’s such a great priority that it just has to be released, for many purposes, for the good of the public in general, not just to maintain any secrets that the government has.

The FBI has nothing to do with this information. I think that they are strictly out of the loop; I don’t see how they can have anything to do with the UFO stuff. Either does the Justice Department. I’m sure the Justice Department would never be made aware of anything. The last thing that any of these groups of people want to do is have anything to do with the dealings of the Justice Department. I would say that from everything I have heard or seen, the last thing that anyone wants to do is involve the Justice Department in anything that’s of any value.

I just don’t believe there will be any UFO disclosure. I just think that the people who are involved in this feel they are in a position where they don’t have to say anything. People are talking about two different things. They’re talking about things that they see that are not identified, that we’re involved with – that belong to us – the American Government. Then there are things that are seen that are truly unidentified so we’re talking apples and oranges. I don’t think anyone’s going to give up any information they’ve got.

I can’t see anything short of an outright invasion of some type by some extraterrestrial group - anything short of that no one’s going to make an official statement. I don’t think anything’s ever going to be disclosed unless it’s something they can’t get out of, something they are involved with on a big scale. I just can’t see anything ever being done.

Until this becomes the number one subject… that most probably will happen at some time … however until something like that happens, I’m sure that the government is never going to break their hold on information.

I was told several years ago a story that I thought was very interesting and you can take it for what it’s worth. A person I knew who was with Army Counterintelligence said that the government gave the X-Files creator, Chris Carter, access to Micro Film from government UFO information. I don’t necessarily think that it was access to files. I think it was just some forms of information, little tidbits that he could use for his stories that would help him.

More and more people will be believers in such UFO activity. So it’s just going to be a point where the government will officially refuse to release information, yet everyone will be saying,” Well, why not?” Some of this goes back to the rumors I heard about Chris Carter and it’s serving the same purpose which is to more or less accept stuff like this being factual so that, in the event that something does happen, everyone’s going to say, “Well, we knew that all along,” instead of total shock. They’re going to say, “ Well, hell, okay. That’s no problem. We understand. This is something we’ve felt for a long time but now it can’t be hidden from us.” So, it’s just an effort to bring peoples awareness to such a level where it wouldn’t be such a giant leap from where we’re at now with people talking about it and a large percentage of people believing it, into some kind of official announcement.

I think that after having so many years of the X-Files on television, the public will not be too terribly shocked by what does come out as being true and of the nature of unidentified objects from another system other than this one. So I think that maybe the X-Files has done more to bring this to the American public’s attention and possibly they’ve greased the skids for this information to come along at some point in time so they’re not terribly shocked by it. When it does happen, many people I’m sure will be very perturbed, but I think most people will say, “Gee, we’ve know this all along.”

But, still no disclosure and the same excuses they have used all along: “ Oh, it’s going to destroy the fabric of society, people are just going to lose faith in everything … People are going to worry themselves to death about this, and the whole structure will fall apart. People can’t deal with it.” And that’s the same excuse they’ve used forever. I think, more or less the idea of the X-Files was to make people to more or less subconsciously be made aware of this stuff … so that when it takes on a real quality … they won’t be shocked.

I would like the government to acknowledge the fact that these things do exist. Why? Because it’s going to be better for everybody, I believe, if they do acknowledge the fact that they do exist. The whole premise for not bringing out the truth out, you know, the information isn’t released, is that all the people can’t deal with it. I don’t believe that is true…. I think it should come out.

At this time, I don’t think that there is too much information; it’s what is… that there is nothing that is verified or accepted or acknowledged by the government, so therefore they say that it just doesn’t exist.

Just like the abductions; we believe now that the number of real abductions by, shall we say aliens is a very small percentage of the stuff that is reported and talked about.

In turn, the vast majority of sightings also fall into the category of something that is a U.S. Government craft. So, when you subtract those, yes, you still have honest to God sightings, but I believe they’re in the minority. And there’s just no way you can tell. There is just too much disinformation, the water is to muddy. This is all to sow confusion, to sow disbelief…. They have a number of different goals.

The truth will only come out if there is something so spectacular, on such a large scale that it had to be made public… Then the government couldn’t deny it. Otherwise the disinformation is just to all encompassing. And, it’s very effective, because look at the status of everything today; no one is willing admit these Extraterrestrisls exist. So therefore we know that the government’s not going to acknowledge anything… bearing something like a UFO landing at Times Square.

If people are investigating UFOs, they should be looking at weapons in space … not crop circles! What are we doing with space-based weapons? And Redstone arsenal and the NSA~ these are the two places to look at. Are people really so ignorant? Have they been out chasing crop circles or something? Instead of looking down, they should be looking up at the real “Star Wars.”

The idea of an “alien threat?” I can only say that that I think this is the ultimate threat, if indeed it is a threat, and this country could not spend too much money or effort in a possible system of defense against this if need be because, beyond this, there is nothing.

There has to be a distinction drawn between the two, (Defense Systems/Extraterrestrial Activity) if the government were to come clean as to what we have about truly extraterrestrial activity. That would be the thing. They’re never going to “fess” up to what we ourselves are actively involved in – what we possess. And, as far as I’m concerned, I don’t think they should, if it is to defend our country from “Rogue” nations.

But, there is a great deal of information that the government has that relates to the extraterrestrial activity that, as far as I am concerned, they ought to just give up. Like I said, I think you have to draw a distinction between the two types – something that we possess and something that is not from us. And most people can’t tell the difference between the two so therefore they lump it all together and, when you do that, the government’s going to say no to everything.

I would have to do a study of the craft, and then I would come out at some point in time and say, “Here is what differentiates something that we’re in control of or manufacture ourselves versus something else.”

At this point I have little or no use for the NASA. My respect for them is nonexistent. I don’t even know how to try to describe these people; they’re a bunch of damn Trekkies. You know? Their minds are somewhere else…. I have no confidence in them at all and I don’t trust them at all. I think that they are stupid because they have this mentality that they are “Star Trek People”- they don’t have their heads screwed on tight. I have no use for the NASA.

Another place that people should look is Andros, in the Caribbean. The Navy runs Andros Island and supposedly it’s a test center. I don’t know if it’s used exclusively for the Navy…but they control it and always have. I can’t say that it’s a laboratory for developing.

Experimental work is done there. However, my knowledge of it is limited but whenever you hear, Andros, you always hear about UFOs under the water and that is the two things that just go like hand in glove…underwater bases for UFOs.

When you say, Andros, the people who are more or less aware start thinking, underwater UFO base. Is it terrestrial or nonterrestrial? That is the number one question. I have friends who worked for me who, when they finished Kwajalein, their contract, they went down there with the Navy, for a change of scenery. Andros always ties in with UFO and underwater happenings. Anything that has to do with UFOs automatically means Andros… that is the center. All UFO activity is centered in Andros, either coming to Andros or leaving Andros. That to me is the “Hot Spot”. And what helps to propagate the belief is…”Yes, we’ll get everyone to look at Area 51!”

So, there we have it, Andros, NSA and Redstone Arsenal. That is where people should be looking. I feel that everything else is of minor importance. Any threat compared to this is insignificant- the threat that will allegedly come from outer space. Then the public will know! That is for sure.
